182. Today we're answering one of the most common questions I get online… should you follow up with leads, and if so, how and when?

It's very common to have someone show interest and then suddenly stop replying. That doesn't mean you ignore it. In this episode, we break down exactly how to approach follow-ups properly without being pushy, needy, or awkward.

We talk about why follow-up only works when someone has shown genuine interest (not with cold leads), and the 4 key follow-up timelines we teach our clients: 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, and 100 days. We cover what to say at each stage, how to keep messages simple and easy to respond to, and why using someone's own language makes all the difference.

We also break down when it's time to stop following up, how to avoid chasing energy, and why the 100-day follow-up can be the reality check that changes everything for someone who still hasn't made a decision.
