Parallel dazu ist eine Community von BPoC in Hamburg, die Lust haben ihre Perspektiven auf gesellschaftliche Verhältnisse, politische Bedingungen und ihr Leben hörbar zu machen und mit anderen zu teilen. Unsere Selbstbezeichnungen sind dabei zum Beispiel: Schwarz, Person of Color, Kanak*in, Ausländer*in, Muslim*in, Arbeiter*innenkind, Queer und vieles mehr. In vielen Themen haben wir unterschiedliche Meinungen, verschiedene gesellschaftliche Positionierungen und unterschiedliche politische Hintergründe – es gibt also oft keinen gemeinsamen Gruppenkonsens. Wir finden unseren Austausch untereinander aber genau wegen unserer unterschiedlichen Perspektiven so spannend und haben Lust diese Auseinandersetzungen, die ein wichtiger Teil von Communities sind, mit euch zu teilen.

Der Podcast ist von uns für uns, also eine Form unseres Empowerments. Wir richten uns außerdem in erster Linie an andere Menschen, die Rassismuserfahrungen machen und hoffen, dass es Momente des Wiedererkennens eigener Positionen, des Empowerments und Verbunden-Fühlens gibt.

Irgendwie finde ich die ganzen Politik-Talkshows und Zeitungsberichte so widersprüchlich und kann daraus keine klar Haltung einer Partei erkennen. Also muss ich mich mal mit der eigentlichen Arbeit der Parteien beschäftigen. Und deren Wirkungsstätte ist wohl das Parlament. Also zieh ich mir mal ein paar Plenarsitzungen rein um bei der anstehenden Bundestagswahl eine überlegte Wahl zu treffen. Jedem dem es genauso geht, lade ich herzlich ein, mich auf dieser Reise zu begleiten.
