Pak ditë më parë u lajmëruan kush do të ishin artistët që do të performonin në shfaqjen televizive më të ndjekur në botë - pushimin mes pjesëve të finales së Superbowl. Si ‘rastësisht’ nuk është një artist por janë pesë, katër prej të cilëve yje të muzikës së viteve ’90 (fundit të 1990 dhe fillimit të 2000).

Nëse për gjeneratën e Millenials e më tej, ata konsiderohen old, vingate, zgjedhja për t’i dhënë hapësirë, në një nga shfaqet muzikore më të lakmuara në botë - Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Eminem, Mary J Blige tingëllon e çuditshme. Me ta do të jetë edhe Kendrick Lamar (ylli i “Sit down, Be Humble”).

E çuditshme apo jo, buzz-i i krjuar prej tyre është i jashtëzakonshëm, sado mund të quhen yje të perënduar. Muzika e tyre përkon me fillimet e radios më të dashur të shqiptare, 24 vite më parë. Valët e Top Albana Radio’s buçisnin me këngë si “Still”, “Slim Shady” apo “The Next Episode”.

Ka një shprehje që thotë se pas viteve ’80 në muzikë nuk ka asgjë të re. Sidomos vitet ’90 ishin ripaketim i gjithçkaje ishte bërë më parë. Por ishte pikërisht ky ripaketim i cili i hapi rrugën atyre artistëve që sot mbretërojnë klasifikimet dhe shesin stadiume.

Kushtuar muzikës së viteve ’90 ju ftojmë në një program nostalgjik po aq sa profetik.

I specialize in helping women with pelvic floor dysfunction, specifically things like: ➡️ pelvic pain, or pain with intercourse ➡️ leaking, also known as incontinence ➡️ pelvic organ prolapseI ALSO help moms get ready for labor and delivery AND help moms heal postpartum.🤰🏼One of the biggest misconceptions I come across is that pelvic floor physical therapy is only for people who have had a baby. This is NOT TRUE! ❌Every single one of us has a pelvic floor, and our pelvic floor is SO important because it’s made up of muscles! Just like every other muscle in our body, our pelvic floor has to be dynamic and strong to work with other muscles to provide maximum support and stability for our bodies. 💪🏼If you are struggling with things like leaking urine every time you cough or sneeze, feeling an urge that you can’t control and needing to rush to the bathroom, or if you just had a baby and are trying to figure out how to return to life pre-baby, I want you to know that help is available to you! 👏🏼

The Muck &amp; MIRE Podcast brings you all the dirt on Montgomery athletics as covered by The MIRE - The Montgomery Internet Radio Experience. They cover Montgomery High School athletics in Skillman, NJ. 

The MIRE was founded by Keith Glock in January 2011 with its first broadcast coming on January 4th of that year. The station was founded through a grant issued by the Montgomery Township Education Foundation for the initial purchase of equipment and airtime in that first season when The MIRE was LIVE at all MHS basketball home games.
In 2012, The MIRE continued to broadcast all home boys’ and girls’ basketball games in the winter and spring. They continue to broadcast MHS basketball as well as Montgomery football games on www.mireradio.com

What does Wellness mean to you? Let’s Talk about it!Namaste, and welcome to the Talk Wellness podcast. The primary purpose of this podcast is to share unpopular opinions, unique perspectives, paradigm shifting thoughts and Truth Bombs.Information that you will hear and go &#34;wow, I never thought of that”. The health care system today is mostly is reactive rather than preventive. Though it is a $3T industry - 96% of that is spent ONLY on the physical body and a tiny fraction on the mind. This podcast will have conversations that fuel your wellbeing - to understand that our wellbeing goes beyond just physical wellness.Featuring top leaders and luminaries in their respective fields, this podcast intends to have a variety of experts including physical trainers, nutritionists, western doctors, holistic doctors, Ayurvedic and Homeopathic physicians, hair and skin care experts, mental health professionals, psychologists, meditation guides, healers, Yoga teachers, coaches and other wellbeing professionals.We will cover the multiple dimensions of wellbeing including emotional, financial, social, occupational, energetic and spiritual wellbeing. -------------The podcast is Hosted by Anjaan - a meditation guide and relaxation coach, who help people find peace and relaxation in the midst of their busy urban lives.Having the privilege of being born into a Vedic family, Anjaan has been practicing the ways of ancient wisdom traditions for the last 20+ years. He is a reiki grandmaster, trained in Pranic healing and Kundalini Shakti transmission, a certified Yoga teacher, a hypnotherapist, an ordained Zen Facilitator and a 11th Dan in Traditional Japanese Martial arts. He has trained in Thai Yoga Bodywork, Ayurvedic massage therapy, Japanese Pressure point techniques, myofascial release and Kundalini Tantra massage. He holds group classes, 1:1 sessions and retreats &amp; workshops to facilitate transformation. All of his sharing, guidance and teaching is deep rooted in eastern concepts of Yoga, Tantra and Zen. The overall wellbeing of all of humanity is something he is passionate about and everything he does is aligned with this purpose - and that’s why we decided to start this podcast. Through this show – as he interacts with the guests – you will hear him offering plenty of practical advice and realistic tips that you can implement in your daily life - keeping the WOOWOO to the minimum.----------------------------If Self enquiry, learning and constant self-regulation are domains that you are keen on this podcast is definitely for you.
