Now that Christmas is out of the way, I wanted to check in with my fam to make sure we are all going ok. The silly season can be A LOT, there can be lots of emotions that come up, and it can be really overwhelming & easy to get caught up in your head at this time of the year.

We all feel a little stuck sometimes, and it’s ok to not be feeling overly jolly this silly season. Just know you aren’t alone and hopefully spending some quality time with yourself and your journal will help you shake off any icky emotions that may be lingering before 2024 comes around ❤️
