I think you may consider this Slam Dunc to be my most sceptical and cynical yet, as I draw on 30 years of seeing how the housing decision makers screw first home buyers while feathering their own nest and then unceremoniously pulling the ladder up, flipping the bird and saying f**k you at the same time.
