One of the most important writings that always reminds me of the importance of self-care is this beautiful Chinese Proverb;
If there is beauty in the person, there is harmony in the home.
If there is harmony in the home, there is order in the nation.
If there is order in the nation, there is peace in this world
In today’s Self Love Quicky I am sharing with you 28 self-care rituals I have used over the years for myself, my family and loved ones.
These come from my book ‘The Art Of Self Love’ and might just be the spark to ignite your own commitment to self-care.

And then there is developing your own essential Self-Love Kit of essential oils which could include oils I love such as lavender, orange, geranium, marjoram, sandalwood, frankincense, black pepper and grapefruit to name a few.
