10:14pm - Keeping in the "BBQ/Grilling website theme, I will welcome Joe Clements from the Smoked BBQ Source. Until Derrick Riches recent article a month or so ago, I was not familiar with Joe's site, but since that time, I have been doing a bunch of digging and I am excited to have him on to talk about how he got this whole thing started and how it has grown over the past 5 ears or so.

10:35pm - After we are done with Joe, I will resume my reading of the "Horse Meat for Human Consumption" project that I started a number of months ago. We will also look to give away some book and other items as time allows.
