At the Solar Plexus Chakra we hold our Inner Power, the energy that supports us as we show up in the world. Often we feel the inner power but then old patterns show up - limiting beliefs, coping mechanisms, survival techniques - and our Inner Power fades, we abandon ourselves. In this meditation we will focus on aligning our inner power with the outer world - on empowering ourselves with aligned action. Action that speaks its truth and that comes from a place of safety and groundedness.
