While he was good at picking things up quickly and excelling, he always found himself seeking something more challenging.Raised in a financially modest household, Kyle didn't understand money as a child, but today, his financial drive is shaped by a desire to preserve what he's earned, stemming from a scarcity mindset. For him, money is now a measure of success and security, not just a means for consumption. His entry into real estate was by chance. While managing properties, he took a job leasing units in his own apartment complex, which sparked his interest in real estate and sales. Later, inspired by Gary Keller's book, The Millionaire Real Estate Investor, and resources like BiggerPockets, he started exploring investment opportunities.Kyle’s first deal was a house flip in Killeen, Texas. He used hard money lending with minimal savings, and although he completed the flip, the experience was grueling. Then he discovered wholesaling through YouTube and quickly closed his first wholesale deal within 30-45 days—making more money than he did on the flip. That was the “aha” moment that shifted his career path.Eventually, a property with a complicated title issue involving dozens of heirs brought him to Logan. Frustrated by dead ends with attorneys and title companies, Kyle began searching online and stumbled upon Logan’s content through a Facebook page and the company, Asset Resolution Partners. Their collaboration on that deal led to a successful outcome—and the start of a strong business partnership.Don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe for more episodes about real estate deals, curative title, and turning tough situations into big wins.#realestatepodcast #realestateinvesting #entrepreneur #podcast
