Super excited to chat with Sophie as she has long been a hero of mine. How on earth she was fit enough to run 100 miles around the French, Italian and Swiss mountainside 3 months after giving birth to her second child is absolutely beyond me as I could only run for 5-10k 6 months after Finny was born and I'm only now up to half marathons and he's 2 in January! 

How did she find the time and more importantly how was she not just totally knackered? Sophie has 3 kids now so it will be super interesting to find out how she juggles her time between work and play.
