Sophie Umhofer was diagnosed in 2018 with stage 4 bowel cancer and an aggressive BRAF mutation, a prognosis that typically carries less than a year to live. After chemotherapy failed, she began immunotherapy.  

Through the process, Sophie took control of her health by transforming her diet, deepening her spiritual connection, embracing support, and cultivating positivity.

She has made a remarkable recovery, becoming cancer-free in 2021 and off treatment ever since.
