I take one week off and next thing you know I can't stop talking about EVERYTHING! (And I mean everything!)

From today's Neptune into Aries transit and how it will impact all of us, to a more personal look into how I spent my time off, I dive into the energy of whimsy, romance and enchantment, swiftly shift gears into a story of my 17 year old self's first experience with heartbreak (and the saddest Valentine's Day story to match), then hyping up my husband and our 18 year anniversary, to a deeply philosophical reflection on the polarity of life.

I go everywhere today friends. (Except for crying actually, which is nice for a change!)

It's clearly good to be back.

This week's ep is a reflection of the week I spent living as a "doula" after the birth of one of my best friend's babies. It was healing as much for her as it was for me - recognising what women and mothers carry when a community has forgotten how to hold them.

This isn't an episode for mothers only - it is an episode for us ALL - to remember where we have come from, and how the holders always need holding (even if they don't know how to ask for it, or feel uncomfortable to receive it).

We will see much more of this return to community holding mid-year and beyond, so this conversation is right on time.

In fact, it could take a few weeks and some more "2025 loose ends" before we FULLY land in the fresh energy of 2026.
