Aubrie explains that specific behaviors that one might have are a reflection of what that person is feeling deep inside. We unconsciously reproduce these behaviors but we consciously can change them. In addition, the way we talk to ourselves and think about ourselves can also be the result of old traumas and experiences that are hidden somewhere deep inside… we just need to explore them.
