As one of the Air Force’s first official social media ambassadors, Lanae helped lead several major projects, including coverage of Air Force Basic Training in San Antonio, Initial Flight Training in Colorado, and the Joint Base Andrews Air Show. She also offers an honest take on toxic friendships, burnout, and boundaries, and how she’s learned to fill her own cup, even when the job never stops.
