Full Moon phase? Means it’s time for a new Hypnosis audio! Following the great feedback I had for my “New Moon” recording, I wanted to create a new sleep hypnosis audio for those who take action during the phase of a full moon. This phase signifies a time for reflection and practicing gratitude, as well as recognising the parts of our life that do and do not serve us – particularly those parts that have stood out since the 'new moon' period when we set those “new intentions”.
