Full Moon phase? Means it’s time for a new Hypnosis audio! Following the great feedback I had for my “New Moon” recording, I wanted to create a new sleep hypnosis audio for those who take action during the phase of a full moon. This phase signifies a time for reflection and practicing gratitude, as well as recognising the parts of our life that do and do not serve us – particularly those parts that have stood out since the 'new moon' period when we set those “new intentions”. The audio has been written to help provide motivation and courage to dig deep internally and pull out the true contributing factors that we must acknowledge to move forward in the best way possible.
