Today’s guest is Steven Kotler. Steven is a New York Times Best Selling Author, an award-winning journalist, and the Executive Director of the Flow Research Collective. He is one of the world’s leading experts on human performance. 10 of his 13 books have become best sellers and his work has been nominated for two Pulitzer Prizes.

 

Today’s conversation is going to dive into his latest book “The Art of Impossible” where Kotler unveils the secret recipe to help you achieve your goals, overcome obstacles and become your best self. As you will learn from today’s episode achieving the impossible isn’t just about climbing Mount Everest or winning a Super Bowl. Those are more or less what he considers "big I’s” and can’t be accomplished without achieving many "little i’s” along the way. Little i’s in my own words can best be described as “smaller goals” or challenges such as transforming your health, building a relationship, passing a big test, or starting a podcast but Steven will explain this in more detail.
