Oh it's easy isn't it, getting caught up in other people's shit storms, or, being the creator of a shit storm and wanting people on your side. I used to contribute to other people's drama by getting emotionally invested and involved, which was a complete waste of time. I added no value or real support to the person, giving away my power and encouraging them (unknowingly) to give theirs away too.

These days, I have way better boundaries in place as a way to respect my energy and offer empowerment to the other person. If you create drama or get sucked into it, listen to this.
