So many times, when we don’t meet the goals we set for ourselves, we make it mean something really negative about our potential or that we are a failure. So we need to let go of that toxicity and instead focus on goals as a vision, as clarity on what we are creating for our lives – and it’s all about the process of how we relate to that vision, how we feel and react as it’s unfolding.
