Burnout is a huge buzzword we hear often in our industry, so I want to talk about what burnout really is. First and foremost, I want to say this: burnout is not sustainable. If you’re currently in a season of burnout, something has to change.

During this episode, I share the common forms of burnout, such as feeling overworked or experiencing anxiety when checking your emails. However, these aren’t the only ways to feel burnt out. It could also be the struggle to balance family or the uncertainty of your finances.

I want to encourage you that if you are feeling burnt out, you are not alone, but I promise that you don’t have to stay there. The beauty of building your own business is that you get to build it with your rules. It’s possible to create a business that not only succeeds but also brings you joy and fulfillment.
