Hi, I'm your guide, Erin. Today i'm guiding you through an energy cleansing, visualization meditation for letting go of anything that does not serve you under this Strawberry Full Moon energy in Sagitarrius. We're balancing your energy to bring your mind, body & spirit into alignment. Followed by a visualization practice.

The intention of this meditation is to release all negative, stagnant, blocked energy and empower you to step into the highest, most radiant version of yourself.

This guided meditation is Reiki infused and focuses on balancing your chakras and visualization to align you with your highest self.
