I make little of no apology for rebooting this meditation for you this week! First published way back in June '21, it has been my go-to for the last week as I have been going through a particularly stressful period. Being a positive person, stress is not something that I allow or experience very often in my life and so when it does arrive I feel it viscerally, both emotionally and physically, and it has a huge impact on me. This mediation has been really helping me, because when the mind is buzzing with all that is going on, a silent sitting meditation is pure torture as the mind gets to work on worrying the worries! When we are in this state, being kind to the self is the most important thing - blaming the self, the what-ifs, and the whys can take over - so we need to be very purposeful in our management of the inner critic, the thought patterns and in self-love.


I hope that this is helpful and that you don't mind me repeating a meditation, but it was hidden so far back in my catalogue of podcasts that maybe it is new to some of you!
