She is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Licensed Massage Therapist, and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and owner of Forever Young Physical Therapy and Wellness in Stoughton, MA.
She has over 20 years of experience in the health and wellness field, and she integrates her skills from physical therapy, therapeutic massage, and strength and conditioning to help women move better with less pain, and teach women how to exercise to prevent injuries that mostly affect women such has hip bursitis and patellofemoral syndrome.
