EP66 - we are officially on the countdown to christmas which can mean different things for everyone. excitement, anxiety, nerves, apprehension, overwhelm, whatever you're feeling, it's valid. in this episode, i wanted to chat about my feelings towards the festive period and also address some of your questions and dilemmas about challenges you face during this time. whether you're fearful about food and indulging during this time, unsure on how to prioritise rest, worrying about particular family dynamics, dealing with grief or stressing about the concept of a fresh start in January, this episode will hopefully help you to navigate the festive period whether you celebrate or not. i know it can be an incredibly difficult time for some of us but please remind yourself that it is just a few days and you are allowed to make it exactly what you need and want it to be. sending lotsa love as always xoxo
