Well, one week has gone by and my beautiful Grandfather passed. The night before he left this world I got to sit with him, kiss his forehead and tell him, "I love you." A precious moment I'll forever cherish.

Amidst the McFlurry of emotions this past week, there have been some incredible experiences that have brought joy and juice to my heart. That really is life isn't it - one moment it can rip open your heart and the next it can fill it with love.

That's how the last 7-days have felt; the human experience in full flight! Such is life.
