Sandra Kaufmann, is a cell biologist who for the last seven years has been the Chief of Pediatric Anesthesia at the Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital. She is also the founder of the Kaufmann Antiaging Institute and the author of two books, The Kaufmann Protocol: Why We Age and How to Stop It and her new book, The Kaufmann Protocol: Aging Solutions.
