He has lead development of innovative advanced analytics tools and processes for multiple warehousing and transportation functions. Under his leadership the Operations Science team has won three innovation awards, two hackathons and three start up lab competitions at DHL. The packaging optimization tool developed by his team won second place in the innovation competition at 2019 Retail Industry Leaders Association conference. He is the co-inventor of DHL's warehousing optimization and packaging optimization tool which are patent pending in the USA. Prior to joining DHL in February 2015, he worked at Netjets in their Business Insights & Analytics department, developing analytical tools for scheduling of pilots, capacity planning and network modeling for spare parts inventory. He has extensive research experience in Advanced Operations Research, Math Modeling, Scheduling, Logistics, Warehousing, Inventory Management, Capacity Planning, Data Mining, Process Improvement Projects, Object Oriented Modeling and New Product Development. He has a PhD in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Ohio University concentrating in Math Modeling of Job Shop systems. He has published more than 14 papers in premier scientific journals and peer reviewed conferences, and has given more than 25 talks nationally and internationally. She has degrees in Nursing, Information Technology, and Digital Engineering. She also received a certification from The Georgia Institute of Technology in Cybersecurity. Ms. Allen has 10 years of experience with the State Oil Company of Venezuela (PDVSA). At PDVSA, she worked in a number of IT roles, including technology development, network administration, and as a project leader in Telecommunications. Her team was tasked with updating network infrastructure in PDVSA’s buildings in the capital and around the country. Ms. Allen has been involved in creating cutting edge technology and state of the art networks since 1989. She relocated to the US in 1999 to escape a repressive and dangerous government in Venezuela. She became a US Citizen in 2008. Ms. Allen is a serial entrepreneur. In Venezuela, she started both a retail company in fashion and accessories, and an IT consulting company doing IT upgrades and infrastructure. She currently serves as CEO and President of ItGresa Consulting Group, Inc., an IT consulting company specializing in providing IT services in Cybersecurity, Web Development, Network Security, Social Media, SEO and Robotics for kids. ItGresa became certified as Minority Business Enterprise, Woman Business Enterprise, Women Owned Small Business, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise this year. In 2018, she was awarded Businesswoman of The Year from The Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (GHCC).

Tony brings so much experience to the RLA team, including 25 years at Philips Consumer Lifestyle. He was successful at implementing effective returns policies and procedures with a variety of dealers, and in 2005, Tony assumed responsibility for maximizing asset recovery of all returned consumer goods. Jack Allen currently runs global logistics for Cisco Systems, Inc. His team runs forward and reverse logistics for all Cisco products around the world: warehousing, transport, packaging engineering, import/export operations, and more. His team also runs two innovations centers, in Houston, Texas, and Istanbul, Turkey. These centers are development and proving grounds for cutting-edge technology in supply chain, logistics, IoT, and Industrie 4.0. As a Cisco intrepreneur, Jack has built a major Logistics Services business for Cisco, dedicated to making the delivery experience great for Cisco's customers. That business has been growing at greater than 8%/year for the last several years.
