Today we are talking with Lianne Torres, a badass human and survivor. She found herself in an emotionally & physically abusive relationship and a victim of domestic violence, without even realizing it. She had become an expert at settling for less & allowing people to treat her like garbage.

The wake-up call came one fateful night when her life was almost taken from her by the hands of her abuser. This was the moment that she knew she needed to change and it was time for a hard reset in order to begin healing the deep-rooted emotional wounds that had been left bleeding, unhealed, and infected for so many years. It was time to start focusing on the one relationship she neglected for her whole life… the one with herself.
