Welcome to episode 146 of the Löw Tide Böyz - A Swimrun Podcast!

On this week’s show we have recap our penultimate race of the season: Swimrun NC. Race directors Herbert, Jan, and Jeff put on an amazing event and the positive Swimrun vibes were in ample supply at Hanging Rock State Park in Danbury, North Carolina. This race was so much fun (and so hard) and we’re stoked to share our race report for this “unique” event with all of you.

Swimrun NC is taking a year off but will be back in 2024. We highly recommend that folks check out this event. We will definitely be back!
