Malcom Reed isn’t able to make it this month because of sporting engagements, however, Mark Williams from Swine Life BBQ will be filling and we will recap the success the Killer Hogs BBQ team had at Memphis in May. Mark also released a new recipe on “No-Flip Burgers” that we will also cover!

9:35pm – After Mark, James Beard award nominee and award winner, Adrian Miller, joins me to talk about his latest James Beard nomination coming off his most recent book, “Black Smoke”. His book has seen incredible success and has been the talk of the industry the past year or so. We will talk to Adrian about that, what book he has coming up next and what his take on the 2022 BBQ Hall of Fame inductees is.
