Tonight, Mark and I will talk about some football recipes, holding briskets for more than 12 hours, mile cow steaks and I will get his thoughts on the current state of Memphis in May.

9:35pm - After Mark, the winningest Woman in competition BBQ, Melissa Cookston, joins me for the first time in a few years. Melissa and I will talk about getting into the BBQ supply store business, I will certainly ask her about the current situation regarding MIM and we will also talk about the BBQ TV show on Netflix.
