Therapy Thursday is here!!  Even though it’s only Tuesday!

We very occasionally mix up our weeks programming when life throws us a curve ball annnnnd that’s exactly what happened. Laura’s needed a bit of R & R with this pregnancy, so Britt searched high and low for a special replacement but time was of the essence... sooooo we got Matt. Lolz.

Naaa we love having Matt on to give his very wise male perspective on things! 

This week Britt and Matt chat about picking up in a bar, that is, how to do it and how to give the impression you’re open to it. 

One poor lass has already been through hell when her fiancé cheated and left her for her cousin (jerk) but now she’s expected to go to their wedding... sorry WHAT!?

Talking about your exes on a first date. Is the first date etiquette!? Should it be avoided? Should you be offended if they choose not to talk about it?

Christmas is just around the corner and we should be excited to be with loved ones! Unless of course your partner hasn’t invited you... is this as bad as it sounds or can couples do their own thing over the holidays?
