Alrighty, it's the last episode of the year and jeepers creepers it's been a year that has tested all of us in different ways. There's been some epic lessons that have knocked on my door that I've chosen to learn from and continue to evolve this little human self of mine. I'm a firm believer of reflecting regularly and not waiting until the end of year to do a major reflect and possibly being overwhelmed with needing to make change, or being a bull at a gate and then losing momentum too quickly. Anyhoo, here's some of my lessons learned this year and how I got about reflecting as I go.
