I preach this all the time - network with your competition, don't hate on them.   

So that's exactly what this is.  A new fitness facility was recently announced that it was opening up in my area...like right down the street.  It's going to be massive, offer a ton of different classes and start marketing to my demographic. 

Instead of doing what most would do, I invited them into my gym to meet and talk shop, give advice and simply network.  

You should try this sometime...trust me.
