When you are able to face an environment where you previously experienced a panic attack, you are facing the dragon, and proving your old self wrong. You survive, you don't run away, and then you strengthen a new pathway in the brain. You stepped into uncertainty and came out the other side, alive. Happiness is when you can prove to yourself that you are not so dependant, but more courageous and more powerful that you thought you were.
