Te Vas A Morir

Te comparto una experiencia muy intensa que logré vivir gracias a una meditación profunda que elegí hacer.

Este episodio es una crítica a los que estamos en esta industria de producir podcasts.

Porque creo que el hecho de crear contenido todo el tiempo y buscar sí o sí generar colaboraciones con la intención de ganar algo de la audiencia del invitado nos está metiendo en un ciclo repetitivo. Porque la oferta de temas que brindamos a la gente que nos escucha se vuelve más de lo mismo.

No creo en producir contenido solo para generar más vistas o reproducciones. Porque según yo, no se trata de crecer, por crecer en números.

Al contrario. Para mí, es sobre ser verdadero y entender que se vale tomar pausas para rascar en lo más profundo de ti. Para que desde ahí, logres entregar algo que sume a otros. Y no simplemente reverberar en las mismas ideas de personas muy similares una y otra vez.

Creo que si estás lleno de amor y pleno: la fama y el dinero son dos herramientas chingonas.

Ir por la vida que a mí me conmovía tuvo sus consecuencias. Una de ellas es que no veo a mis hijos todos los días. Pero cuando lo hago, me aseguro de que tienen mi atención, de que exprimo al máximo mi tiempo con ellos y de que la pasamos poca madre haciendo cualquier cosa. Hoy quise abrirme de forma diferente y compartirte una plática que tuve con ellos en la que traté de preguntarles cómo se sienten con todas estas situaciones que viven con su papá. Espero la disfrutes y tomes lo que te sirva para tu vida.

En Latinoamérica las mujeres están hasta la madre de la situación en la que viven a diario y con toda razón. No hay ningún pero. Marchan y protestan con un propósito real y profundo: crear consciencia y mostrarle al mundo su hartazgo.

I believe that to be successful you have to “fool” and believe in yourself in a crazy, exaggerated, and delirious way. Because, although your reality might be the complete opposite, if you don’t fully believe you are internally successful, you will never be.

It’s not easy, because there will be people that will tell you that you can’t make it, and will give you all the reasons that will stop you from being successful. However, those people are only mirrors that allow you to understand how bad you want it and how much you believe in yourself to push you deeply.

Don’t find yourself looking for success to prove yourself to others. Do it for yourself, for love.

Amar no tiene absolutamente nada que ver con todos esos acuerdos y expectativas que te creas en tu mente… El amor no tiene nada que ver con el otro. Es un superpoder que tú entregas.

I believe that there are many people in our world making money, looking for fame, and pursuing goals generated by their emptiness and the need to fill their voids.

This comes from humans that act and do things that arise from their ego, with the intention to show their courage to others through their accomplishments, possessions, and their level of social status.

According to me, success has nothing to do with what you portray to others or what they think of you; instead, it is something intrinsic that only you could measure.

When you learn to love yourself and use your five senses to perceive what’s around you and enjoy the here and now, you won’t need anything external to make you feel better.

I am not referring to living in complete austerity; but rather that when you obtain what you want, it is something that is motivated and generated by love; not by codependencies or to fill any emptiness.

Creo que catalogar a un hijo como “preferido” lo jode. Porque lo mete en una cárcel de oro en la que tiene que comportarse de cierta manera y sacrificar su energía para cumplir con las expectativas de sus padres.
