It's unusual for an album to be conceived and captured in a single week, with every song included in the exact same order in which they were created. But that's exactly what happened when East Forest and Peter Broderick gathered in a small house in the west of Ireland to write and record music together in April 2022.   The album "Burren" is out on Bright Antenna Records on March 17, 2023.

Having never met in person before, there was only one precondition: no musical plan — to be fully open to the ancient rocky hillside landscape in County Clare known as "The Burren". Maybe it was the micro-dosing of the wild foraged fungi, or the drinking of pristine waters from an ancient spring just outside — but for both artists the time together felt precious and magical. 

Along with the deep green glades spanning to the ocean dotted with sheep, endless birds, fierce winds and majestic Hawthorn trees, the goal was to let the landscape speak through the music. A cascade of songs and improvised music emerged — all revolving around a host of acoustic instruments: piano, guitar, violin, intimate vocals and percussion, along with subtle electronic sounds and extensive field recordings from the local surroundings. The resulting 12-song suite is vastly diverse, from folk songs to ambient soundscapes, from sprawling improvisations to concise compositions, all presented in the order in which the pieces emerged over the course of the week.

Tiffanie grew up in Youngstown, Ohio where she insists there was nothing to do but read and listen to music. It is no surprise then that after graduating high school a year early to study philosophy at UC Berkeley, she became a writer and founded a record label.

She is the founder and Chief Executive Super Goddess of Bright Antenna Records, whose roster includes The Wombats, Sports Team, Wilderado, and Prep. She also cofounded the ShineMaker Foundation, a charity organization dedicated to making the world a better place. And she is a faculty member of the Jackson Hole Writers Conference, where she teaches writing every June.

In her spare time, she is a runner, hiker, yogi, world-traveler, cook, feminist, poet, and artist.

Tiffanie lives in Mill Valley, California with her husband Scott Schumaker and her two Irish Wolfhounds, Dipsea and Kazoo.

Justin Wren knows what it's like to feel like the world is against you.  Like many kids, Justin was bullied as a teenager, but he had a dream that kept him going. Fueled by the anger he felt toward his tormentors, Justin pursued wrestling in high school where he became 10 time State Champion, 5 time All American, and 2 time National Champion.  Justin trained hard and this propelled his dream of becoming a UFC fighter into reality.  But the pain from his childhood didn't dissipate, and Justin fell into a spiral of depression and addiction that led him on a path toward destruction.  After he was kicked out of his training community, his career was in shambles and he had nowhere else to go so Justin attended a men's retreat.  It was there he found his faith and purpose for living.

As Justin began piecing his life back together, he took several international trips. This led him to the Ituri rain forest in the Democratic Republic of the Congo where he came across the Mbuti Pygmies, a group of people persecuted by neighboring tribes and forced into slavery. On one of his trips he stayed for a year living among them and sharing the culture of what he calls "the most bullied people on earth." They gave him two names Efeosa which  means "the man who loves us" and Mbuti MangBO "The Big Pygmy." His encounter with the pygmies left him wondering who was there to help them, and in that moment Justin stepped out of the cage and into a Fight For The Forgotten.

In 2015, after a five year hiatus from professional sports, Justin returned to his winning ways in MMA fighting, but now he is fighting for someone besides himself. Since returning to fighting, Justin is undefeated in three fights. His current record is 15-2.

Justin is not only giving a voice to the pygmies through land, food and water  initiatives but, state-side, he is addressing the escalating problem of  bulling through an anti-bullying character development curriculum titled "Heroes in Waiting." He says, "Everyone can be a hero. To be a hero all that's required is to see a need and do what's right." The program aims to inspire students to take action at a moment of choice through empathy, kindness, compassion, courage and integrity.

Through his documentary film series, The Human Longevity Project, Jason Prall traveled to select regions around the world known for their long-lived, healthy populations. He sought to understand not only the longevity secrets of these societies but also the scientific basis underpinning their health wisdom. Through his travels, he came to the realization that while the pursuit of longevity is sexy, it’s insufficient and hollow—what most of us really want is an extended life filled with vibrant health, meaning, and purpose.
