Good Shout’s latest research found that women are worried about being seen as “too confident” in the workplace and that they’re shrinking themselves in order to be liked. Amy is also a TedX speak and author of The Little Girls Who Gave Zero Fucks.

Amy talks to me about the research, why women are most concerned about being unlikeable to other women and the confidence boosting tip she uses every day.
