They expect themselves in their employees. The sooner we realize we cannot and should not hire more versions of ourselves the sooner we will embrace and look for the right people for our team. 

When you compromise on your non negotiable you end up with less than qualified team members, then you start to resent them and think you will never find the right people, then you end up having to have the uncomfortable conversation about letting them go and now you are back to square one.
