Hello - I’m sinead O’Moore and I’ve got good news for fans of the pod. 

The 40’s Stretch is coming back on Wednesday March 5th thanks to my new partner McCabe’s Pharmacy.

In case you’re new - let’s catch you up 

Stretch Marks is a podcast that goes deep into the parts of life that are stretching us.

And creates a safe community for us to heal, not hide the marks left behind. 

It very much started in Motherhood - but its grown to include relationships, career, health, the world losing its mind and how to function when it all feels too much.

And this, the 2nd season of the 40’s Stretch.  

I turned 40 a few months ago, entering this new and pivotal decade for the trajectory of my wellbeing and I am back talking to more women about what they are going through physically, mentally, hormonally, professionally in this profoundly influential decade of our lives. 

Basically I want all their tips - and then share them with you. 

So I’m here for the next 10 weeks supported by McCabe’s Pharmacy with deep conversations with inspirational women, experts and friends about how to embrace, conquer and thrive throughout our 40’s stretch.
