  • High Speed Growth in Real Estate Investing with Dylan Suitor

In E024, Dylan Suitor discusses his approach and philosophy to real estate investing and growing his portfolio at an incredible pace. Dylan and his partner made a commitment to themselves to grow their portfolio by $100 million over a 12 month period. For most, this type of growth would seem near impossible by Dylan and his partner have exercised the BRRRR method to perfection and have grown utilitzed key private lenders to get the funds needed to do this. On the refinance end, given the sheer volume of their efforts, they are working with commercial lenders that are assisting them in the "refinance" portion of the BRRRR. Dylan has an incredible attitude toward life, team-build, investing, and helping others.

  • Creative Deal Making in Real Estate Investing with Adam Martin

In E021, Adam J.D. Martin discusses his journey in real estate so far at the ripe young age of 25. Adam started investing at 24 years old with a large student loan and almost no income after having quit his job. Adam trusted the process, and his mentor, Matt McKeever, and decided to go all in on his strategy. In this episode Adam discusses how he started 'wholesaling' properties by papering neighbourhoods with 'yellow letters'. Adam would find willing sellers, assign the contracts and make money by charging the end buyer a fee. He was able to do all of this because of a strong sphere of influence with his community and with his mentor. I really love Adam's story because its a testament to the fact that none of us really have an excuse to not take action.
