After two years of trying to conceive, countless appointments, and hours spent chasing every possible fix, one woman's fertility journey took an unexpected turn, not toward another treatment, but toward her own emotions.
In this episode, I share the intimate story of a client who stepped back from an intense acupuncture routine after realising her energy around it had shifted into "fix-it mode," and instead leaned into emotional release work. Just months later, she received the positive pregnancy test she'd been waiting two years for.
We explore the deep connection between emotional processing and fertility, why creating space (rather than forcing outcomes) can shift your body's hormonal and energetic state, and how learning to celebrate the wins, even the early fragile ones, is its own form of healing.
If you're on a fertility journey, or love someone who is, this one's for you.

In this episode, I take you behind the scenes of four powerful client celebrations, from blood work that shifted overnight to a pregnancy after two years of trying.
I will share why celebrating wins (big and small, early-stage or hard-won) matters so much, and why so many of us feel guilty doing it, especially when we're still walking with challenge.
Through it all, we connect the dots back to one foundational practice: processing your emotions through the Release Process®.

Kylie Wolfig is back, this time with a story that even surprised her own surgical team.
The night before a major surgery, her pre-op bloodwork came back with dangerously low platelets, and with her rare B-negative blood type, no transfusion could be found in time.
Alone in a hospital bed with nothing but her voice, Kylie turned to the same emotional release techniques that have already carried her through 60 kilos of weight loss and multiple skin-removal surgeries.
In this episode, Kylie and I unpack what happened that night, why this wasn't a one-off, and how consistent emotional work can show up in moments you'd least expect.

I’m sharing a hard truth in this episode that might feel a bit confronting: simply identifying the emotion behind your condition is often just a superficial layer.
While knowing the root cause to a disease or condition is a great entry point, many of you have read the books and asked the experts 100 times over without seeing a shift in your physical reality. It’s easy to stay in the research phase because it feels safe, but true transformation happens when you stop protecting your pain and allow yourself to be seen in the depths of your experiences.
When you stop staying in your head and start going into your body, you allow pain to become the gateway to your liberation..
Episode Highlights:
Stop searching for the next label to fix your discomfort and start listening to what your body is actually trying to say. It’s time to move past the intellect and lead yourself toward a life of true liberation and expansive opportunity.

In this special replay, the tables are turned!
Instead of Jin interviewing a guest, she is the one being interviewed by her longtime Coach, Colin Boyd, on his podcast The Expert Edge.
Reshared here with Colin's permission.
Colin digs into Jin's path from running osteopathy clinics to developing her four-step Release Process®, the health crisis that forced her into this work, and how unresolved emotion shows up physically, using Colin's own broken shoulder as a live example. They also cover how Jin built a premium coaching and book business without discounting her offers, and why she trusts intuition even when it doesn't make business sense.

This week, I talk with Brittany, a mom, holistic nutritionist, and soon-to-be psychotherapist who focuses on women’s nervous systems. After years of chasing success and validation, she experienced burnout that made her rethink her life and health. Through personal challenges, including a separation and reconciliation with her husband, she learned that real healing comes from letting go of emotional stress and slowing down.
We talk about how life stages like pregnancy and perimenopause can bring up unresolved emotions, and how Brittany shifted from constantly striving to creating a life where she feels supported, present, and more at ease.

If you are tired of doing it all, this episode will help you move toward a calmer, more supported way of living.

In this episode, I share why you struggle to get what you want, need, or desire in life… and it usually comes down to a block in our communication and a struggle with receiving.
Most people come into my world with chronic illness or complex health issues, not realising that their unexpressed emotions are actually influencing their physical and external reality.
Episode Highlights:
Stop settling for a life where you feel unheard and unsupported. By learning to process your past experiences and lead yourself through the discomfort, you open the door to a reality where you can finally communicate with clarity and receive with ease.

I recently received an incredible voice message from Victoria, a pharmacist of 20 years who has navigated three autoimmune diseases and breast cancer.
We explore the powerful intersection of traditional medicine and emotional work, specifically focusing on the moment Victoria decided to choose her creative soul over her stable career.
This episode is a deep dive into what becomes possible when you stop trying to figure it out with your head and start listening to the wisdom of your body.
She shares the exact exchange she made with her body during our Release course two years ago, proving that sometimes our physical healing is simply waiting for our identity to catch up. From prophetic dreams to manifesting a dream cottage that matched a Valentine's card perfectly, Victoria’s story is a masterclass in the weird magic of energetic alignment.
This conversation is your invitation to move from the frustration of chronic symptoms into a state of intuitive mastery where you no longer ignore the messages your body is sending you.
Episode Highlights:
This episode invites you to stop living in the discomfort of a life that no longer fits and start leading yourself toward a future where your physical health and creative passion exist in total harmony. You have the power to negotiate a new contract with your body, it’s time to listen to what it needs in exchange for your vitality.

From the publisher's feed
Jin Ong is medical intuitive, pattern hunter, theme breaker and messenger of truth.
Trained professionally as an osteopath, psychosomatic therapist, western medical acupuncturist and herbalist. She has worked with thousands of clients. She started two bricks and mortar clinics she later went on to sell to move into the online space as a coach + mentor. She is the creator of the Release Process ® and host of The Art Of Listening To Your Body Podcast.
Jin works with complex physical and emotional conditions that don’t respond to traditional or conventional therapies, including surgery. Her work also includes those with cancer, autoimmune conditions and fertility issues.
She is a strong believer that your body is a manifestation of your emotional state. The experiences, events and traumas in your life are associated with an emotion that wants to be expressed and released at the time. If you don’t know how to express or rather you suppress because that emotion is inconvenient, it gets stored in your body as a source of stress. You can compensate until you can’t anymore. When it all gets too much, your body presents with physical issues: pain, injury, illness, disease; mental imbalances: anxiety, depression that overtakes your life and fears and phobias; behavioural dysfunction: addiction, excess control and discipline; as well as recurring issues playing out in your life. You don’t need to end up at this crisis point.
Jin weaves in the practical and the woo to intuitively read your body and decipher the messages it has for you. Most importantly she facilitates a deeply cathartic and transformational process to empty out your emotional cup, create space for more and manifest the life you truly desire.
She loves to dig deep, speak about the unspoken, and help you process unresolved emotions that hold them back from living the life you truly want.
It all starts with getting comfortable with discomfort and speaking about the unspoken.
