9:14pm – Welcome to May! We begin this month, as we do each month, with a visit from our pal Malcom Reed from How To BBQ Right. Tonight we talk all about ribs! This topic will conclude out 4 month effort in covering the 4 major BBQ meats for the backyard cook.

9:35pm – After we talk all about the ribs stuff, Malcom and I will also talk about the really big BBQ competition that happens this month, Memphis in May! Killer Hogs is setting up to take this GC in 2022 so we will see how Malcom has been preparing for this event and why he feels that this year could be THEE one!
