It's really a MINDSET. There's so much healing work here - so much you can clear and rewire - but we haven't talked about MINDSET in a while. And I've had a big AHA moment about mindset lately and the story we mentally tell ourselves, thanks to an epic pep talk from my EFT practitioner, Tiffany Jeffers.
