If you are dealing with chronic pain, you are incredibly strong AF already.
In this episode, I don’t go deep into that part. Instead, I want to start to get you looking at other places where you can see your strength without the pain. It’s common for pain to become part of your identity when you have to deal with it day in, day out, without any relief. You can be proud of yourself for, however, you are handling it today. I know that without seeing it firsthand. The dangerous part of that is that you must have an idea of who you are without pain, or you won’t be able to let it go fully.
