This week we look at all the things we didn't have time for. For starters, the Wiembilla situation is developing daily and it's hard to keep on top of. We hope that we can have a fairly definitive take on it in a few weeks, but here's a few clarifying points with new information that came to light this week.
We laugh at Monica Smit because she is an idiot, but also give credit where it's due for a recent win in court - with a judge recognising one of her health order violations may have been invalid. It appears that will hinge on Monica being a journalist. But is she? Probably not.
A listener gives us a heads up on a Glew situation which might be very funny in the future.
Soli Goodes is back in front of the courts and singing the praises of the Train family for gunning down cops because she is an awful human being. She doesn't look well though. Kinda feel sorry for her.
And lastly Tom Sewell is looking at jail - but got bail! Why? I don't feel sorry for him at all. He is a piece of human garbage.
This week we look at Simeon Boikov's attempt to become a kind of Julian Assange for idiots - considering seeking political asylum in Russia (from Australia) and holing himself up in the consulate which is, as he is going to find out, not a hotel. Please, Simeon, just use the wet wipes. You smell like pickled horseradish and yeast.
In less funny news, we follow up on the Wieambilla incident that saw two police dead and a neighbour shot in the back and killed just for coming to see if everything was alright.
Turns out Nathaniel isn't the angel he was played out to be and has already had a bit of a Rambo moment, ramming the border crossing between NSW and QLD in camo gear with a car full of guns. Luckily the cops weren't there and nobody really cared. Literally nobody cared - a local saw him unloading guns into floodwaters and didn't even get a call back.
We also look at the dopey false flag narratives including the theory that the property was being acquired by gas comapnies for fracking. In the minds of cookers, this makes it completely reasonable to shoot your neighbour in the back. Pathetic.
Kerryn Phelps puts her account of an adverse vaccine reaction in a submission to parliament which is picked up by the media and becomes the playtoy of the antivax movement and Pete hears about it but can't quite get past some beef he had with phelps about 7 years ago. Our boy holds a grudge.
Enjoy!

Songs by Martin Noakes and Joanne Louise Griffiths.
In the last program for the year, the Two Jacks discuss the Langton-Calma Report - the first visible sign of what the Voice really means. The Two Jacks find it mired in management speak in a time where clarity is required. More cohesive and clear messaging is required.
The Administrative Affairs Tribunal is to be given the flick due while the dangers of salads have been exposed.
In sport, the Two Jacks agree the time is up for the Melbourne Victory as Lionel Messi finishes a stellar career with a fairytale ending in Qatar.
We recorded this episode on Wednesday, two days after the shooting in Wieambilla, in the Western Downs region of Queensland.
Two police officers and a neighbour were murdered by conspiracy theorists who subscribed to a system of obscure psueudolegal commercial arguments often known as the freeman on the land movement or more popularly sovereign citizens.
An updated take on some of this is on the Patreon feed, and we may need to revist this story again as a lot has developed. Here - we discuss the fundamentals of the event.
It's a mix of religion, radicalisation and violence. We look at the incident, and the participants, and unravel the horror that resulted in a suicide venture by a group of people completely radicalised by the internet and a feeling of vindication to murder police and civilians alike in a siege of their own making.
We look at some of the earlier theories on telegram about 'false flags' and other nonsense and wonder how Oneegs is sleeping at the moment. Probably not well mate, a bit of this is on you champ.
We still did Pete cause he joined twitter which is kinda funny but it's a bit of a sombre affair this one.
Had to be done. Enjoy.
I'm super lazy with uploading samples to the main feed but in this case I feel bad for taking ages with the main episode edit! It needs a solid touching up before it's ready for the feed but bear with me - hopefully tomorrow AM it will be all yours.
In the meantime, if you want the rest of this and many others go to www.patreon.com/theconditionalreleaseprogram and for as little as $5 a month you get a bunch of this stuff. Cool beans.
Thanks guys!

This week on the overflow we look at the latest developments in the tragic incident in Queensland that saw two police and an innocent neighbour killed in a brutal shooting by some pilled shitheads.
When the incident occurred a lot of people immediately thought it was sovcits, or cookers in general. They were right - but what unfolded was quite a story. A bloke that got off on killing pigs and watching his dogs fuck. A real piece of work.
Here's some more post mortem of the events.
Main episode also has a breakdown of this and will come soon - but patrons get this one hot cause it's unedited and ready to go - warts and all!
While reviewing world and local news, the Two Jacks discuss recent information in Australia regarding excess deaths through the pandemic years and into 2022. HK Jack brings some UK information through a Lancet study on delayed cancer diagnosis. JTI responds with a demand for more data and gives his own account of his cancer treatment during a lockdown.
The level of fear and loathing around smart cities in cooker circles is next level. Why? Because their imaginations are a wasteland of violent fantasies and these people are just walking necks looking for a boot. So they make one up.
Most of the discourse around smart cities is bullshit. In this episode we look at what a smart city actually is, what we should be worried about and what we absolutely should not be worried about.
Concerns: Police overreach. Privacy. Private companies integrating into government.
Not a concern: The term Internet of Things. Councils using universities to harvest opinions on social media to improve services. The improvement of services in general.
This was a bit of a long one - would have been 5 hours if I were given the chance, this topic is huge.
Supplementary episode coming with a few case examples of cookers using smart city projects to drum up fear, install a new 'climate lockdown' narrative and bizarrely (I don't know why I'm surprised anymore) turn cookers into holocaust deniers.
Enjoy!
Here's a sample of what's going on behind the paywall! We do this every week (or so) and you're probably missing out!
Sign up at www.patreon.com/theconditionalreleaseprogram and from $5 a month you can get this ramble and the rest. Good times!

We were going to do this one on main but honestly heaps of shit has happened so let's swing this one to the patrons!
We look at the absurdity of the Balenciaga scandal. I mean, they're not wrong - it's kinda fucked up. But are the right taking cancel culture as their own? Where's the line between art and fashion and which gulag should we throw them all into?
The book burning right show their true colours with this one - but why do rich dickheads spend insane money commoditising children?!?
Fuck knows...
The Two Jacks discuss the ACT DPP's decision to drop the retrial of Bruce Lehrmann. What legal basis was there to make this decision? Whose interests were served by it? What mistakes made by media personalities must be avoided in future?
China drops hard Covid measures, Macron comes over all Russian and Grandpa Joe tells coal miners to learn to code. In Australia, the Libs battle demographics and voting behaviour that threatens their existence while in sport Nathan Lyon keeps getting better.

Welcome to The Conditional Release Program, a podcast that delves into the netherworld of cults, crims and con artists.
Who would have thought a spicy chest cough would turn everyone so…
Our weekly show covers the conspiracy theorists that created a 'shadow pandemic' of political idiocy and violent ideation within the fringe of politics.
From time to time we get our hands even dirtier with true crime deep dives. Jack is a seasoned expert in the true crime genre, having written and spoken extensively about Roger Rogerson, Stan 'the man' Smith and, of course, the Fine Cotton Fiasco. In various episodes he guides us through the dark underbelly of Australian crime in his trademark storytelling style.
The world is getting weird and we are getting weird with it. Let's watch as democracy crumbles into a smouldering heap - and take note of the kids carrying the matches and the metho.
Hosted by Jack the Insider and Joel Hill with an occasional rotation of guests that generally share our distaste toward the lunatic fringe.
