Aaron is a NHS dietitian at Bradford Teaching Hospital in the North of England. He has been qualified for almost a year and is currently working to provide nutrition support to patients with COVID-19. Aaron joined us at The Dietitian Cafe at the weekend to discuss his experiences on the Intensive Care Units in a harrowing interview, exploring the challenges the team face, and the vital care of key workers. He also shares his coping strategies in such an emotional environment. In Aaron's free time he produces his own podcast called Dietetics Digest Podcast and interviews dietitians from other specialties.
