Molloy points out the necessity of allowing police officers to do their jobs, particularly in a time when violence and crime continues to skyrocket, and lays forth the negative implications of the bill which greatly ties the hands of police. Full Hour | In today’s second hour, Dom welcomes attorney Wally Zimolong back onto the Dom Giordano Program for some updates on his continued effort on exposing the reality of voter suppression. First, though, Dom asks Wally to wear his attorney hat in addressing the news yesterday of Donald Trump’s indictment due to alleged hush money payments to Stormy Daniels. Then, Dom asks Wally about a case out of Luzerne County in which voter suppression seems apparent, telling about the failures by the County’s Board of Elections and Registration and its Bureau of Elections to give residents the opportunity to vote, with some being turned away multiple times due to an alleged lack of ballots.

John tells that his attorneys expected this decision, telling that they do intend to appeal the decision, knowing the political biases of Philadelphia judges. Also, Dom and John discuss the racial component of the bill, and John tells how exactly a law such as this negatively affects the department and recruitment.

Then, Dom and Dan bounce around two topics, one being a protest at the Tennessee state house, and the RESTRICT Act, which both are against, with Dom making sure to point out that he is still in favor of banning the Chinese app TikTok.
