Then, Dom moves into a conversation reviewing last night’s debate between Fetterman and Oz, highlighting strategic wins for Oz and pointing out the faults in some things that the Republican candidate said, particularly regarding the topic of abortion.

Then, Dom welcomes State Representative Martina White back onto the Dom Giordano Program to discuss her announcement today, with other State Legislators, of the Articles of Impeachment written for District Attorney Larry Krasner. White explains what had developed since the Select Committee on Restoring Law and Order released their second interim report this week suggesting no impeachment, and how she’s worked to still introduce impeachment to the House floor for a vote. Then, White tells what to expect next, telling of a possibility of more days being added to session to hammer things out prior to the election.

The ACLU alleges that there is anti-LGBT discrimination taking place, with Giordano reading back some of the claims made in the complaint. Cullen explains what this means for school districts and parents, telling of the decision to be made regarding parental rights and whether they’re able to know what’s being taught to their children.
