Have you ever thought that you weren’t good enough? Have you ever sought external validation from others in hopes they would acknowledge your success? I definitely understand where you’re coming from! What happens when we become our biggest cheerleader? You can be the person that you need to validate your success! You don’t need other people to tell you how dope you are. Own that shit and cheer yourself on!

You ever feel yourself pulling away from everyone and everything? That’s kinda where I’ve been for the past couple of weeks. Separating yourself from people can be good at times, however, when you isolate yourself from EVERYONE…it’s not a good luck. Man…anger is a bitch! It’s one of those emotions we are all familiar with and yet it’s one of the most difficult emotions to manage. Not only that, we tend to pile shit on top of shit we don’t deal with in the first place and wonder why we explode on others who really haven’t done anything to us! You don’t have to hold on to that anger y’all…we can learn to let it go.
